not just today but everday that i enter the murphy station the people are always friendly and never went and they didnrt have my brand of smokes and that is a plus for me lol but again always ask if you need anything that may go with your purchase thats a plus as well and never have to wait long

It was below freezing and I was offered a carwash

No particular reason, just a normal thing.

The Cashier was not welcoming and friendly

I didn't purchase anything but gas.

I paid at the pump and requested a receipt, but it didn't print. I had to go inside and wait in line just to get a receipt. There were 2 experienced employees behind the counter, but only 1 register was open. The building is very small. There were at least 4 people standing around choosing their lottery numbers, making it hard for others to get to the one register.

There were several people in line in the store and the attendant was on the phone making a personal call while trying to wait on us customers. It seemed as if she was struggling to work with only one hand while the other held the phone to her face.

Went in to get snacks but line at the register was very long and only one clerk was waiting on customers. The other one was sitting behind the counter on her cell phone just talking.
