The line was long to just pay for the gas. Then the gas pump ran really, really slow!! I will never ever return. The staff wasn't friendly either!!

The problem I experienced is that I purchased a carwash. took the code to the carwash which at that time was not operational, even though the open sign was on. I noticed that the code was good for a week so I decided that I could come back later and redeem the code. I live in another county but, work near this location, so I waited until the next time I was back near this location and went to try the carwash again and it was out of service. In the meantime my code has expired. I would mainly like to get my money back or use the carwash when it is working.

Purchased fuel and car wash. Receipt did not print out at pump so I went inside and there was a line and only one person at the register.

I paid $11.00 for the typhoon car wash (which said it was a great deal because I was getting gas) and when I got to the car wash itself, the same wash was $10.00. Why is it more expensive at the pump? This is why I am highly dissatisfied.
