as a rule when i say satisfied it means everything was ok..if i give a rating of highly satisfied its viewed as all is good no improvement needed when in fact everything can always be improved

I was satisfied with my visit but it was just a quick trip in for cigarettes. The cashier was friendly and nice, my cigarettes were in stock, I got in, I got out.

Pump 16 will not allow charges at pump. Pump has been out of service for credit cards for some time now. Due to size of our trucks you lost $1000.00 in sales on Friday alone.

very nice people and helped me to find sugar and creamer for my coffee. they didn't have my regular brand of smokes but they had my second choice.
