I wasn't pleased with the attendant I understand everyone has bad days but she wasn't very friendly at all and I like to shop at places I feel welcome I would rather go a few extra minuets out of my way and enjoy my shopping experience and feel that I am valued as a customer than go some where that doesn't seem to care for my business

The attendant carded my husband, he had to go back to car to get license. By then other people were in line and buying alcohol. She did not card them at all. Didn't even ask the ages birthday nothing and said the reason she didn't cause he has grey in his beard the dude wasn't as old as me and I'm 38. U card one u should card all.

The pump would stop and kick off every few seconds, only pumping a small amount at a time. I tried pulling the nozzle out some, I tried squeezing the handle just a little, halfway and fully, nothing seemed to help. It was a little frustrating so when I finally got to $20, which took 4 times longer than normal, I just stopped!

My spouse and I walked into the location and the attendant was standing with her hand underneath her chin as if we were bothering her. I requested for 2 packs of cigarettes and she offered the 3 pack deal. I stated “sure.” She then said “what did you say?” I said “I stated sure.” She then acted like she had an attitude. I then said “are you okay?” She said “yes, I just didn’t hear you.” Her demeanor was awful! If your associates do not want to work or come in to provide good customer service then she needs to stay at home. We spent $40.79 and I know it may not be a lot to a large company such as you but Sheetz would appreciate my business a little better. Remind you, we drove 10 minutes away from our home and passed several stores to come to this location because of the prices and service. I have never experienced this before at this location but I need corporate to understand, I “CHOOSE” to give you all my business. I’m not required.

I do not like to have to go in and wait in line to get a receipt. I only go to gas stations that have pay at the pump, and it you have to go in, it's not pay at the pump.

Had to go inside for receipt. Defeats purpose of pay at pump. Then had to wait in line for my receipt and car wash code.

pumps not pumping gas. tried 2 different pumps. bought gas somewhere else.

Pump 4 would not work, I had to make a return trip to get gas.

My dissatisfaction stems from the morning manager. I did stop frequenting the store since she ruined my shopping experience, and I just started coming back. But only at night. She asks for my identification for cigarettes even though I was coming in the store 3 to 4 times per week. I made a fuss, but I continued to shop until she carded me for lottery, early in the morning, on my way to work. I was so upset because she sees my id at least once per week. She even shops where I work. She knows I'm at least 18 years old. I know the law. I sell lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol. So I know she does not have to card me everytime and especially not for lottery. And now that I am finally telling my story again, I just might stop shopping there for another short while. That is my only satisfaction. But all the other ladies are sweet.
