Dark roast coffee was terribly weak. Attendant buried behind tons of merchandise and not attentive to customers as she couldn't see through all the stuff. Half your dispensers are broken or empty. Coffee lid dispenser hasn't worked right for months. Someone forgot to put coffee in the coffee. This place needs quality management ON SITE>

This location has a car wash. I paid for a car wash at the pump with my debit card. I finished filling up my truck and proceeded to the car wash and found that it was not working. I returned to the store and was promptly told the car wash did not belong to Murphy's and I would have to call the number at on the car wash to get my refund. I called the number and was told the number had been disconnected. My point is this: The money for the car wash was paid to Murphy's, I should expect my refund from Murphy's, I really don't care to have to wait to get a refund, all I wanted was my truck washed, today, I don't need it washed later. This is not the first time this has happened at this location, on two occasions in the past two months I have had the same experience and never have been repaid. I expect some sort of response as soon as possible.

I purchase fuel at this station about 3 to 4 times per week, about 30 gals. each time. I have to go inside to get a receipt at least 3 out of 4 visits. This defeats the purpose of pay at the pump to save time.

Went inside after pumping gas saw the cashier moving around, I grabbed a drink then perused a couple of snack aisles then went to the counter. I didn't see the cashier but heard her moving around still. Stood at the counter for a minute or two. A small group of people then came in and Agia finally came down one of the aisles turned in my direction took a couple steps turned back around went back down the aisle grabbed a wet floor sign put it in front of the door went back down the aisle grabbed her mop and started mopping the floor with her back to me. She continued to mop the floor until the group (which walked past her) was in line behind me for a good 15 or 20 seconds then finally came up to the register. She grabbed my stuff started to ring it up, no hello, sorry for your wait, just nothing. She mumbled my total, pushed my items toward me (didn't bag them or offer me a bag), then quietly said have a good evening. Horrible service. I'm 6' 350lbs no way she could have missed me while she was walking toward me.

Your CSR was nasty and rude. ... and spiteful. I was so upset at 5am, on my way to work had to deal with that

I used a debit card to make my purchase. I also purchased the Typhoon car wash @ 11.00. My receipt did not print & I had to go inside. Where is the convienence paying at the pump? After waiting in line as only one register was open I got my receipt & proceeded to the car wash. I noticed that the signage for the Typhoon car wash read 10.00..I Paid 11.00??? Then the car wash was out of soap & my vehicle is still DIRTY???? I know I should have gone back inside to complain but I didnt have time & where is the CONVIENCE in doing that? In addition I was EXTREMELY ANGRY.

I misread the answers. I am very pleased with the service at this MurphyUSA. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Normally, I have a good experience with murphys, but this time a lot of the pumps were not working & I didn't want 2 wait.
