Entry/exit not laid out well and crowded

I bought a cappuccino, by the time I had got into my car, I guess the side of the cup was torn a little and the drink had came out a little from underneath the lid. I went back inside to receive a better cup and I was satisfied with the employee helping me with the situation.

Very busy seemed things could have moved a little faster

I was highly satisfied with my experience because my cashier Stephanie was very polite and helpful. Thank you

Everything is good for me

Parking lot is always chaotic, manager is rude. Two employees but only one running a register. Always waiting in line 10 to 15 minutes. Store is convenient travel from my home and cigarettes are cheap otherwise I would not shop here. Do not stop as often anymore due to poor management, and long wait in line.

The bathroom wasn't clean. It smelled

i was in this business for long time. one cashier was working trying to keep up with 7 people in line while other employ was in the cooler stocking the cooler. she finally came out but I saw one customer walk out with out paying. I will say it was very busy.

The parking lot is small, lots of traffic & only one way in/out.
