Every time you go in this store, there are two clerk's and one running register and other one standing around with five or more people in line. They are not in a hurry to get you out of there. They never greet you and the day time women are so mean and angry looking. I will have to choose another store down the road. They greet you when you open the door

There were many people in line. As far back as the entrance, but all available staff were not working to get customers checked out. It was quite a while before a second cashier opened the other register.

lONG WAIT AT REGISTER.2 ASSOCIATES, ONE ON REGISTER, ONE PUTTING AWAY CIGARETTES. wHEN THE LINE IS LONG, COMMON SENSE TO TELL YOU TO STOP AND GET THE CUSTOMERS. tHIS HAPPENS A LOT AT THIS STORE. tHAT STOCKING CAN WAIT UNTIL THE STORE SLOWS DOWN.

Intended to pay at the pump Tried one pump-told to see attendant Tried second pump-told to see attendant I went inside to see what's up I spoke with 2 employees-neither seemed interested I asked: Is your Pay at the Pump broken? Are they new pumps. Cashier stated: Everyone comes inside. I said we come inside because we CANNOT PAY OUTSIDE. She acted as if this was normal. I appreciate the convience of paying outside. When I need to go inside, I'm dissatisfied with the service already and unlikely to make another purchase because of my inconvenience. Next fill-up, I'm also more likely to go to the station down the street.

I STOP BY THIS STORE OFTEN, IF NOT FOR GAS, THEN FOR CIGARETTES. MURPHY IS CLOSE BY AND ON MY WAY TO WORK. THE LINE AT THE CHECKOUT IS ALWAYS TO THE DOOR. ALWAYS TWO CASHIERS BEHIND THE COUNTER, ONLY ONE ON THE REGISTER. I AM FINALLY TAKING THIS OPT. TO ASK THAT SOMETHING BE DONE IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS TO GET CUSTOMERS ON THEIR WAY FASTER. HAVING TWO PEOPLE GET CUSTOMERS IN AND OUT WOULD BE GREAT FOR THE CUSTOMERS IN THE RUSH HOURS. THIS MAY REQUIRE CHANGING TASK FOR YOUR CASHIERS OR CHANGING THEIR WORK SCHEDULE. ANOTHER IDEA WOULD BE TO HAVE THE OTHER CASHIER WHO SEEMS TO BE CHECKING STOCK OR CLOSING OUT HER END OF SHIFT DUTIES, NOT DO IT IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS, WITH THE LINES TO THE DOOR. MAKES EVERYONE CRANKY SEEING TWO PEOPLE, ONLY ONE PERSON TO GET YOU OUT. I KNOW YOU CAN FIGURE SOMETHING OUT, PLEASE LOOK AT SOME CHANGES DURING PRIME TIME. IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. Why doesn't this location honor the 5% off with the Walmart credit card? I have use this card other other Murphy locations.

Waited 6-8 minutes to get to register. 1 cashier another counting money. Some customers left others just complained. Not a great place to stop on Friday, where a lot of factories are located. Friday mornings, (payday not a good day for one cashier poor scheduling, store needed two cashiers. I observed six people go in then come out without making purchase. Thank you for your time.
