For my first few visits, the soda in the freezer was never much above room temperature. Depending on the cashier, I would still be charged for a cup of ice-even though I was only getting it because no one bothered to fix the freezer. After being told I was wrong once, someone finally did fix the freezer, so maybe this survey will help further. On this morning's visit, there were two cashiers working, but only one helping customers. When I left, the line was almost to the door. Apparently one was trying to order more supplies, but the customer should always come first. We have places to be, and we are the ones paying for the products. When I mentioned this I was pretty much dismissed by the cashier as if ordering really was more important than helping customers. I used to work at a gas station, and if the line had gotten that long without an attempt to serve customers, someone would have been fired. Customer service should always be a top priority. As icing on the cake, once I got to work, I realized I was charged for a frozen beverage instead of just ice.

#1:pump not working correctly which caused pump #2 to not work at all. In addition, pump #1 ran VERY slow. Checked with attendant and was told other pumps were working correctly. I changed pumps only to instructed to see attendant. When I checked I was asked what I wanted. I was ten told to go and pump and then come back in and pay. Not a good experience or were the attendants very friendly.

I stop on my way from another town to my town because of confidence of where it is ,ALYWAYS the 1 girl Kayla is very rude , sometimes not even wearing a name tag as today I got her name last time and then off receipt that I had to ask for , I mash that I am paying the attendant inside the people come on speaker which sometimes u can not hear because of traffic people on phone at the pump which they do not tell them on speaker to get off! When they on speaker they r u paying inside? No hello or whatever just rude tone m well I mashed I was so guess I am stupid is what I want to say . Then inside nerve how are u No thank you please come again etc, I have had several help me the whole store needs a course in public relations but this Kayla definitely needs to be fired , if I have one more bad experience I will go somewhere else even if gas is higher! I have not written etc the last 5 times because I was trying to go at different times of day to see if it mattered if people were having a bad day etc well guess they all always have a bad day cause it is always the same. If u mash paying inside don't asked me or make a sign to come in store or something I hope u respond
