When you walk inside most stations and the cashiers don't really engage you. There comments are normally stilted and without meaning. Today, the cashier was warm and friendly. State law requires she obtains ID for lottery tickets and I'm 67. She handled it well. "Do I lokk 17 to you/" I asked. "No more like 19, but I still have to check." It was good exchange.

Didn't have to get out of my car to get what I wanted. Didn't have to wait in line at the drive thru. Sharlecia was very nice and courtious. Quick and easy.
