I go thru the drive thru when I just get cig's. The order thing has not worked that I know of in the 2 1/2 yrs I have been buying my smokes there. The only complaint I have is it seems like the wait is so long... usually I have to honk the horn to get someone to come to the window. The reason I do not go in is because my dog usually goes with me.
