This particular location (corner of LA 16 and LA 1025) has a bad performance of pumps PRINTING RECEIPTS, causing the customer to go inside and wait in line to have attendant produce a receipt!!! This happens to me at least 50% of the time. Please correct this! Mr Lonnie L Blankenship SR

Only one employee working at 10:30 pm. Was trying to wait on 7 customers in line and 3 in the drive thru. She really needed some serious help. This is an extremely busy store and there should've been another employee working with her. Not her fault at all. She was doing the best she could!!

Never enough attendants at the register. No effort to work faster and move the line.

I pay at the pump to save time, no paper for receipt @ pump 12 had to go inside had 4 customers in front of me to get my receipt two persons behind the counter only one register open. very good prices on fuel poor customer service for people who try to save time to pay at pump!!!!!!!!!! if you can't support this pay at the pump service with receipt available you need to discontinue !!!! this is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. how hard is it to put paper in the pumps so people can get a receipt at the pump!!!!!!

I've been getting gas here once a week since station opened in Watson right next door to office. last year almost 1/2 time I have to go in to get my receipt it either is out of paper or loaded incorrectly. then I have to wait in line and it makes this a long trip when I need a receipt company vehicle. there are 3 clerks only one at a register the other two ladies or standing around griping about their job. it's so unprofessional. I only keep going due to convenience.

Did not have cigarettes in stock and on every pump had sign saying. Fresh and in stock or they pay you 5. Dollars when I asked about it attend entry got bad attitude about it will not return to that store probably start using racetrack from now on

Two reasons: 1) they disrespected an elderly man who was trying to get gas at the pump. The cashier did not turn the pump on after he had to walk back in the store TWICE. He can barely walk! The cashier, "missy", was rude to him and didn't seem to care about his situation. She then proceeded to lie to him and take her time about turning the #7 pump on. 2) the cashier, "missy", tried to charge $29.99 for a 12 pack aluminum cans of bud light beer. I took a picture of the price of the beer on the rack and it was priced at $14.99. I think she was trying to pocket the difference of the beer that I would have ultimately paid for.. if I had purchased that 12 pack. I even showed her the picture and she wouldn't do anything about it.

I stop at this location at less once a week and buy gas, cigarette, and snuff and s spend over $100 each time I stop I never normally have a problem with the clerk but this time the man that helped me was very rude and disrespectful he was not at all.

Began fueling and after only eight gallons were pumped, the pump suddenly stopped and immediately printed a receipt and the tank was NOT full. I switched to another pump and finished fueling, However,the receipt came out totally blank. I alerted the cashier inside of the incident and she printed out my second receipt. She apologized profusely and I told her I knew it was not her fault but she might report it to whomever maintained the pumps.
