Lines were a mile long, a fuel truck blocking up the parking lot at a busy time of day, barely a place to park and almost had an accident in the parking lot twice due to the pathetically small area in which this building, parking lot and fuel lanes are stuffed.

Only one cashier available. Line was very long. I bought Fritos and two cokes when I got to the register I asked about the save the 10 cents promotion she told me it had to be pepsi product. I understand that but she could have let me go get two pepsi's so I can save 10 cents for gas. I frequent this store several times a week at time more than once a day. It was labor day weekend the store was very busy.

The card reader on the pump went down so I had to go in the store in my pajamas and it was very cold. The attendant said the card reader keeps messing up and that he was sorry for the inconvenience.

No windshield washer fluid at any of pumps. (2) parking lot had lots of trash and was dirty(3) pumps were dirty. I will be going to Enmark or Raceway from now on. I like convince of your location to WM but I am not going to buy fuel in a location where I feel like I'm in a garbage dump. Your employees at this location are not interested in your business and should be replaced with employees that understand where their paycheck comes from.

It was SO NASTY - All the garbage cans were overrunning - no water to wipe windshields in any of the containers - cups and garbage was all over the pup areas - inside wasn't much better - It was just plain nasty - looked as if no one has cleaned up in a long time - realize there is a lot of traffic coming and going into Murphy's but at least they could keep it looking cleaner - It was really terrible - i am not sure if i want to stop there to buy gas again and I usually do several times a week at this murphy's - but someone needs to clean it up - It get worse -

Tried to do the save 10 per gallon on buying 3 different buy 3 mix and match to save 10 cents per gallon. Only received 10 cent not 30 cents told clerk I should get 3 savings totalling 30 cent he said you have to buy correct items. I bought 3 20 ounce bottle Dr. Peppers, 3vitamin waters and 3 bags of Doritos. He proceeded to ask me you want fuel? The other clerk was like their system must be messed up. I got home I saw why he rang it up buy 2 for $$ and rang 1 up reg. Price. Talk about being very disappointed in customer service I have been a daily patron of this store since opening. As far as I am concerned no longer this store has gone down hill very fast.

The attendant was talking on her cellphone during our entire transaction. She wasn't listening to my request to price check items. I prepaid and had money left over. There was a shortage during the transaction. I tried to discuss it with her,but her attention remained on her phone. before I became irate, I left highly upset.
