The screen on the card reader was malfunctioning.

It is the lowest price for gas in town. I didn't have to wait for a pump. I didn't have to wait in line to pay and the tobacco I wanted was in stock.

Good fast service

I am very satisfied with the Murphy express. It's just always so busy but that's a good thing for the business.

The attendant (cashier) was in training and did not know how to process my coupon for cigarettes. The lady training her came in and took care of it with no problem and showed the young lady how to process coupons. I was still satisfied and that is the only reason why I did not pick highly satisfied. There were no problems and they were very friendly and helpful. They apologized, but that was not necessary as I knew the young lady was in training.

Would prefer separate lane for diesel fuel up

Paid for gas and pump shut off before fueling was done. Had to go back in and have attendant turn pump back on and she had an attitude about it.

i was really satisfied with my Murphy's experience, there was only one issue and it was my own fault. i told the woman the wrong pump number and she immediately corrected it and i was able to go on about my day.

Quick. Easy. Good.

Overall it was just pumping gas...how can you be highly satisfied with that! Pump worked great and I got what I stopped for!
