Each time I visit this location, I have to go inside to get my receipt. The excuse never changes. I be in a hurry and don't have time to stand in line and wait just for a receipt. This is not the first time this has happened. This time I asked for the Manager, the attendant said she is here but had to look for her all over the store. The attendant went outside where the Manager along with another employee was smoking cigarettes and told her I needed help. I told the manager my concerns. Her response was not satisfactory and I asked her for the District Manager's contact information. Instead she took my contact information to pass on to the upper level supervisor. Usually, I'm patient but today broke the last straw. To keep being told the pump is defective is getting old. If I want to purchase something inside, I would--but usually don't. Also when its raining, why get wet just to get a receipt. Thanking you in advance for a resolution.

There were many pumps that were unavailable and the pump I was using, I guess ran out of fuel because it stopped pumping before it was full without any notification or anything

The printing at the pumps have been down for a LONG time. I have complained to the manager and send an e-mail to murphy before which is like the government, NOTHING changed. It's getting as BAD as going to an indian owned store.

I bought an expired product. Never happened before.

I was very satisfied with the services at Murphy Express.

I normally come through to buy a fountain drink and lottery ticket before work. For the past 2-3 weeks, there were no cups available (32oz.) for purchase. The attendant stated that a new company was supplying the cups and were late making the delivery. Long story short, the new cups SUCK!!! Lids don't fit and the cup shape isn't very conducive to the cup holder(s) in my truck. The old style plastic cups were more useful, reusable/refillable than the new styrofoam cups. Now we're creating more trash as well ticked off customers... Real smooth move MurphyUSA!

I had a phone coupon that allowed me to get a $1.50 off each pack of ciigerates and the manager of the store refused to use the coupon only once even though the coupon has a five minute time line to use it as log as you use one coupon for each pack you purchase for five minutes per purchase

very expensive for small bags of chips, and was charged sales tax twice...
