There is no one directing traffic at the pumps.

I used to fuel my truck up daily at this location spending anywhere between 35 to $100 in fuel. Ever since New Management has taken over the store has gone downhill, the Personnel are no longer personable, the men's room has been out of service for over a week, when I rarely do stop in there every time I stop in there there's no coffee made.

It was black Friday evening and there was only one attendant servicing the store. There should have been one more. This caused the lines and wait to be very bad.

was not prepared to go in side to prepay for gas. reader took my card and the pin number, ask about receipt, and then went blank. I pressed button for help 3 times and no one answered. The receipt printed and was all 0's. had to go inside to pay for gas, the attendants were both aware that pumps screen was messing up. there was no sign or notice on the pump, they simple signed said it's not working right, and that was it. I'll find somewhere else to get my gas

attendent acted as if was an inconvenient when I first enter the store she was at the door hugged all up with a deputy sheriff and as the line began to increase with the first attendent she came to help but was not happy about it I wished her a blessed day with which she didnot acknowledge

I waited in line for cigarettes so long, by the time I reached the attendent....i didn't smoke anymore.

It was three cashier's in the store an the line was very long but it was one cashier trying to do lottery, help with purchases and gas no one came off the floor to help her. That was very unprofessional.😠

lost money

There are 2 cashiers, always with lines at both, I fell in line behind 2 customers, clerk finished with customer in front of us. When I got to the counter, cashier Qydasia Ronee, started HOLLERING that we broke in line, shoving our items back to us. I asked how did we break in line if no one was in front of us. She hollered the next person is in the line at the other cashier line, not us, was next, that there is only 1 line, even though there are 2 cashiers. Refused to check us out. The man from the other line stepped up to her counter as I was saying, "There has never been 1 line, but a line for each cashier. He turned said he worked there too & that is the way it is, 1 line. I stated that there wasn't a sign statine form line here or 1 line only. She just kept hollering at us, arguing & went on saying she didn't care if we came back or not. Customers remarked they were afraid to approach the counter,didn't know what they were supposed to do, out of fear.
