There was a pump malfunction on pump #1. I noticed the pump was not pumping gas and the price continued to run, even after this. Also, we do a fuel / mpg check every time we get gas and it was way less than what it should have been. We were charged for at least two gallons that we did not received. I went inside and told the male cashier about the problem, and he just shrugged his shoulders. As we were leaving, I noticed a female employee going to pump #1 with a traffic cone and a bucket. We were definitely a victim of a pump malfunction. We are returning customers of Murphys. We buy gas with you on a very consistent basis at the Wilkesboro, NC location. I would have spent more time at the Macon Murphys location to resolve my complaint, but we had time restraints due to a family Christmas gathering in Florida. Charles Mitchell 336.984.0443
