I set the pump nozzle so that I didn't have to keep squeezing the handle while I pumped the diesel. Be fore it was near full,fuel pured out on the ground,the side of the car and my foot. I've never had this happen before. I finished fueling and I cleaned off the car with the windshield cleaner and washed the side of the car when I got home. That's my story,couldn't believe that happened.

On 02-03-17@ 11:45 am i purchased $21.00 gas.ON 02-05-17 I checked my account at my Bank and you company has taken $75.00 out of my account. I do not like dealing with people that will steal money. I am on disability and i don't understand how someone can do this. NO SIGNS, NO NOTHING!!!! If it is just, "one of those things", you should be liable to post on ALL your pumps and doors to let people know you,CAN AND WILL do as you please. Thanks for reading, for what good it will do, i'll try to use another business. Thanks again.

Every time I get gas in this station I have a problem with any pump I use. The pumps keep shutting off ever 3-4 gallons. I can't even fill up my tank. I have complained about this problem before. No one seems to care. Therefore I will get my gas at the Speedway down the street or the Shell around the corner. Never at this station.

I misread the question of how many gals. My car holds. I only put -than10 gals this time. Last time it was more! I really didn't e-mail before because I wasn't sure! This time I'm sure ! They didn't give my .05 cents/gal. Discount plus the receipt didn't come @ the pump! @ you're location in Livingston tx the guy not only went out and fixed the receipt thing before I left!!! I appreciate that kind of service!!! I'm going to continue trading with y'all when I travel , and we travel a Lot!!! When we get back from Isreal ! I'll e mail @ our 1st stop! I'm a all time customer that loves Murphy's express but ran into my first problem today that made me be unsatisfied. Margaret was outside the door smoking a cigarette when I pulled up at the pump, I got out my vehicle to go pay for my gas she was still smoking a cigarette. It was not a good look for the company who blows cigarette smoke in customer's face, that's how I felt like cigarette smoke is being blown in my face. She came in the store to ring me up, not one time before returning to the register did she wash her hands from smoking. That is unsanitary & nasty. Even though she greeted me by name she didn't offer me any promotional sells. I've seen better customer skills in the other Murphy's Express & USA locations. My children had to use the restroom & it was far from clean, lucky they had to use it extremely bad or we would have went else where.
