the answer was neither satisfied "NOR" dissatisfied. I did not say i was dissatisfied. your company was the one that sat this up. The reason is that your store is no different than any other. The price is the only reason I trade there.

Traffic flow is horrible. If there are more than 4 cars you can't navigate.

I purchased an Express Wash for $7 and it must have been malfunctioning because it never touched the back of my truck!

I'm from out of state. I used the car wash and discovered later that my radio antenna had been damaged when I stopped sometime later. I'm very displeased with this situation

The durn gas pumps were messed. I tried two pumps on different sides of store. It would take my card and tell me to remove nozzle and freeze up on me. I felt like a fool standing out there trying to pump gas and nothing coming out. I had removed my oxygen to do this and believe me when I tell you it was a very bad situation I was in. She offered to take the money and it would work that way but I was filling up so I didn't know. I'll try again today but if don't work then guess Kroger will get it!!

I purchased a car wash for $12. It didn't even have soap. I do not like that I paid $12 to have my car rinsed off. I can do that at home for free.
