Your cashier, Richard Scott, is the most singularly NICE individual I have encountered in a retail setting in FOREVER! He is ALWAYS friendly and smiling. His demeanor is always that of someone "in charge," yet his "niceness" is genuinely disarming. He plays the part of a host to customers, and is very genuine in his interactions with customers. Additionally, when I was recently in that store, I lost an automobile insurance card from my wallet. I did not realize this. I only discovered, later, that it was missing, but had no idea where I might have dropped it. When I came up to the register on this, particular visit, he looked at me, and asked me my name. I was surprised, and answered, slowly. He then smiled and said, "I think that this is yours, then," and handed me my missing insurance card! He explained that, on my prior visit, after I left the store, he was sweeping in front of the register, and found the card, and wondered if it might be mine! And, with all of the customers that he sees on a nightly basis, he still remembered me, and asked about the card! THAT is customer service! Mr. Scott is a TRUE asset to your company! I give you every endorsement of him that I can!
