Nozzle on pump was missing the lever to keep nozzle flowing fuel. Need to fix nozzle.

Inside of store is always unclean. Only ever have 1 cash register open which causes long lines and long visits. Gas pumps operate slowly on occasion. Occasionally gas pump will not accept debit or credit. Food is sometimes out of date.

No particular reason - I believe there is a "wow" factor in the "Highly Satisfied" choice. I got my gas and everything worked, but I was NOT WOWed.

Easy. AND I got a receipt. (Nothing makes me angrier than to have to go inside for a receipt because no one filled the receipt paper when it ran out.)

I got gas I interacted with no one. To have a highly satisisfying experience some "out of the ordinary" thing should have happened. There was nothing exceptional About my experience - I pumped gas, paid for it at the pump with my credit card and interacted with no one!
