Store is located nearby my office so I tend to go in frequently. Most early mornings (6:30 am) there is usually no fresh tea made (sweet and unsweetened - I mix both) as was the case yet again this morning. I will more than likely start driving out of my way to go to another convenience store just because this particular store never seems to have what I want to purchase. Also, the sidewalk in front of the store is very dirty and littered. Routine cleaning is apparently not a priority.
