I went in to buy a drink and there were no lids for the fountain drinks. I then asked the cashier and she rudely said they were out and didn't offer any further assistance.

I bought a card at Wal-Mart and this store would not accept it

Purchased a car wash at the gas pump for $11.00. Asked the attendant how it worked. She said to put the car in "park"after driving in and a sign would signal. The lights remained green always. No other instructions of any kind were seen or heard. But my car had been sprayed with thick soap and blocked my view. Waited. Nothing happened. Tried to drive forward but hit a sign on the right, damaging my right fender and wheel cover. Backed out of car wash and went to tell attendant who was very busy with a long line and a lady who had her counting what looked like a hundred coins from her piggy bank. I had to leave for an appt. Also, at this point, almost having an anxiety attack. The BAD coffee wasn't helping. Have purchased gas and coffee at this location before which was very good. Not this time. The car wash was a disaster! I have a $500 deductible on my car insurance; but will have to live with my damaged fender! Will have to wash my car myself ---on a fixed income.

John the clerk was of a rude manner being hateful with the customers..he always is!!!! As a customer i am sick of it!!!! Where is Emmie?? She was always so helpful, pleasant, smiling.. Sge always asked how i was an told me to have a great day...on behave of several of your customers we will Not be back until Emmie is back...we will take our busniness else where.

I pumped my gas and me and my grandson went inside where he used restroom. In the mean time I was talking to one of the other customers.My grandson was getting candy and a drink.When we got to counter the attendant was looking at a car out side saying yes I am going to take a picture of that car saying they been in here eating chips and things for thirty minutes not knowing he was looking at my car.When I went to pay for our stuff I told him I had 17.00$ on pump 5 then he just looked .I don't appreciate what he said or did it was very rude and this is the place where I usually get my gas but never have I been treated like a criminal .Me nor my grand had any chips so I don't know why he said that.If either of us had I had money to buy whatever he or I wanted.

I bought a 12 dollar car wash and the car wash was out of order. I called the number on the car wash sign to report it and left my number. I never received a call back. My car wash code expired yesterday 5/10/16. I was unable to return before today. Can I get a new code for thr supreme wash? This was my only negative issue.

I usually get my gas at Murphy stations at Walmarts. We were going through Jonesboro, AR and I stopped at the station to fill my car. I did not know that the Murphy Expresses do not honor the Walmart credit card .05 cent discounts. Just down the road I could have gotten the gas .09 cents cheaper at a Murphy's at Walmart with the .05 cent discount and the gas price was .04 cents a gallon cheaper.

Reported no soap no toilet paper in the ladies bathroom. Was told yeah I know, by the attendant. Was informed we must be experiencing a soap shortage, because everyone keeps complaining about no soap. I didn't know about the toilet paper that must be rough.
