A vagrant-like man was wandering around the lot approaching customers at pumps trying to sell key chains. While I was activating the pump that man sneaked up behind me and tapped me on my arm, then shoved his display of key chains in my face. It was alarming and weird. He was approaching all other customers on the Murphy lot in a similar manner. It seemed like management inside that Murphy station was either obliviously to what was going on at the pumps, or didn't care about loitering solicitors harassing Murphy customers outside. Why can't management just call Sheriff's Office to get such problems off the premises????
