Broken Pumps

Pumps 19 and 20 have had problems for months. Pump 20 has not issued receipts for months. Pump 19 forces has not accepted card payment for months. Please fix pumps 19 and 20 so they operate normally.

I waited in line for over 5 minutes while "LaLa" spoke to the customer (an obvious friend) about which rolling papers smoke the best and how she would be over later.

Trash receptacle at my pump was overfilled with trash, some of which was blown loose by the wind. For me and another customer at the adjacent pump, it was impossible to properly discard our trash without more trash spilling over the rim. It looked like the trash receptacles had not been cleaned for days. Ugly.

I used a cc to pay at the pump. Was told I had to go inside to get receipt. The line was long about 6 people with 4 employees behind the counter and only one person working a register. Somewhere you need to open two registers when the flow of customers is at a high volume.

When it was my turn in line and I was using the debit card machine, I clearly heard from the attendants phone that he was watching porn, and had the volume loud enough for me to hear. When I looked at him after I heard what I heard, he said " disregard what you just heard.... I have to stay awake somehow". I didn't say anymore.... This is completely inappropriate. If this is the people the management at this location is going to hire I have no desire of ever going back. I regularly go to other Murphy locations nearby and I have never experienced anything of this nature. Maybe the manager needs to take some training from the other locations. As for the employee.... That is up to you.

sign under the 24oz cokes saying 2 for 3.00...so got 2 of these and when they rang up they rang up 3.58...told her that was incorrect. She called over another person and she said to me "No you have to read the sign. I said the sign said right under these items 2/3.00. " She then again said no the 16 oz were the 2/3.00. Very rude and acted like I was stupid and could not read...NEVER will I visit that store again. You put people in charge that could care less about customer satisfaction. She should have apologized and said the sign was in the incorrect place instead of telling me to read a 2/3.00 sign... Cant help they put it in the wrong place but she was moving it when I went over there to tell her I did not appreciate her rudeness.

Savannah was the cashier she was very rude me me and my children and other customers. I spend a lot of money in there but will not allow a cashier to be rude to me or my children

Chip reader on the register close to the window malfunctioned. Had to insert card 3 times then slide to make purchase.
