Everyone was very friendly and asked me how my kids were doing. I come to this store every day.

I came in to buy Redman Long cut straight snuff and there was none in stock. The manager, Gus, sold me a more expensive product but at the price of Redman to make up for the unavailability of the product. I was very satisfied with this concession.

Problem with credit card. Not approved, even though funds were in bank. Not sure what happened. But attendant was highly knowledgeable and EXTREMELY helpful -- she tried 3 times to help me with my credit card. Still wouldn't work (again, funds were in bank, but a large draft had been posted that day on my account. That's the only "problem" I can figure why it wouldn't accept my credit card - the total amount at your station was $13.75 and monies were in my account). The attendant was so patient and understanding. I waited for my sister to "bail me out". I thought I had backup (check book, other cc, but had left them at home -- NEVER again). Thank you so much for hiring such a great employee!! I am not sure, but her name maybe was Julie??? Love your gas station and your employee(s)!! Will always return!!!
