The situation with the card reader was annoying. I didn't want to go in the store but I had to go because if the problem at the pump.

Paid at the pump for fuel. No interaction with anyone. Wasn't impressed with anything special.

The first pump I pulled up to the card reader was not working for some reason

There was nothing out of the ordinary going on at this location when I visited. It was just a normal experience.

I was offered the opportunity to buy lottery tickets which I did, but I was not offered a discount to buy my car wash along with my girl purchase at the pump

the cashier did not greet me when I went to the counter I had to wait for her to do something else before she waited on me even tho there was no one in front of me

there is no organization, all the cars are everywhere. to be fair, it was very busy.

I was satisfied.

Congested area; not enough room at this location.

There is no reason as to why I was not Highly Satisfied. I was just satisfied that my needs were met and everything was okay, considering the fact that I am a 66 year old, disabled female.
