On pump #11 & 12 there is a sign that the card reader doesn't work. This pump has been down for a while. I go there to get in and out in a hurry, not to leapfrog pumps looking for one that works. When I found a pump that worked and filled up I get a message that says paper jammed and I had to go in to get a receipt. This is not the first time this has happened. Apparently no one knows how to clear a paper jam or call in a defective card reader or two. For a relatively new station this has had these problems more than any other station in the area including the QT across the street.

The attendant Brittany (on the receipt) was talking with another attendant about blue fuzzy keychains and laughing so loud, while customers were waiting in line. When I approached the register, her greeting was "My Bad", extremely rude.

I purchased a car wash while at the gas pump. I tapped the screen for the basic car wash, at the bottom of the screen--in fact I thought I mistakenly pressed the 'no thanks' option; and just thought that I would make the purchase at the carwash. However I saw a code on my receipt and entered it. When I got into the bay, I realized I was charged for a platinum wash--$12. Not what I had requested. If the car wash is separate from Murphy Express, please share that contact information with me. I realize a $7 difference may not be that much money, but if this is a glitch in the system, many people could be taken advantage of when purchasing. I have patronized this gas station and car wash several times previously, without incident. Thank you, Wendy

I go early in the morning to get gas and cigarettes. After I pay at the pump I go inside and the attendant is not friendly. No smile nothing. I ask for my brand of cigarettes and she says they are out and does not go to the back to check on the cartons they store. In the past the other attendants check the storage room and usually find me a carton. She just tells me they are out. I went this morning and same thing. No checking the storage room. So I ask her if they will get a truck today and she says yes but cant guarantee my brand will be on the truck. No thank you, no have a nice day. no great customer service.

The were no washer fluid paper towels. Had to wait in line for 5 min to receive service so I didn't have time to purchase the donuts and snacks for my family on our way to church.

I went to this gas station specifically to use the carwash after getting gas, needles to say the carwash was down again when I really needed to use it...

Generally, the pumps are very very slow to activate once a credit or debit card info is entered (PIN or ZIP). This is in comparison to your competitors right up the street. On this day, a sign was placed on each pump stating that you need to come inside and pay. What was confusing was that if the credit/debit card option was not functioning properly, the card slot should have been covered. I say multiple people still trying to use the card slot only to realize they were having the same issue and went inside to pay. Thus, it was totally understandable as to "why" buyers had to come inside to pay until attempts at using the card slot were unsuccessful. I enjoy coming to this location because of location right of Hwy 16, its prices, and quick choice selections when I do go inside the store. But today was not a good day.

I had a mobile coupon that expires after 5 minutes which I did not start until I got in line. There were only two people in line in front of me. It expired before I was greeted much less "helped". There was only one person to be seen on duty. Wasted coupon money not saved and it shouldn't take 9 mins to get to the check out

Car wash quit in the middle. Twice.

car wash money should not be charged for @ pump when car wash is out of order.
