The pumps were not labeled properly. It ask for the credit or debit and after 3 tries I finally guessed the right button because it was not on the screen where to pick. About a month ago I was at the same station and the screen was upside down so again I had to figure it out through trial and error. Really as much as gas has been and still is you should be able to put up to date pumps in.. I guess I need to start going to QT...

It is VERY offensive to me to have to decline the car wash or to decline a lottery ticket when I only want gas. If I wanted to anything other than gas, I would expect to purchase them separately. For this reason I usually get gas at the station across the street!

When visiting a Murphy facility, we are accustom to receiving a discount from the listed price on the pump. We did not get a discount price listed at 2.489 and we were charged that rather than 243.9 which would have been the regular discount per gallon.

I paid $12.00 for a car wash and I can not believe how horrible the wash was. I can look out my back window and see where the brushes did not clean. $12.00 is way too much to pay for a car wash that is so bad that I am going to have to go somewhere else and pay to get the car clean. For $12 the car should have been spotless instead of having dirt spots where the brushes missed. There is a new car wash going up across the street so I suggest you guys get this crappy one fixed or close it down. I feel like you should at least credit my debit card for this car wash purchase seeing that I am going to have to pay someone else to wash the car again.
