like this store disappointed not the cheapest gas in the area

lady buying lottery tickets could not make up her mind. had to review all her options with a line behind her!!!!!!

You have Argo tea, Carolina Honey on sale and you have slot for this tea. I have visited your store for the past 4 - 6 weeks and you are out of this tea. I ask the attendant when it will be ordered and ive been given the same answer. The vendor will stock sometime that week and you will have some in then. I have only purchased 5 total during this period due to you being out of stock. I indicated to the attendants that I would like to purchase more if they would let management know.

The price was higher than most places in town.

The cashier is rude and hateful!

There was no acknowledgement from the attendant what so ever. Not even while she was ringing up my items. Her head was down the entire time, texting on her cell phone. There was no greeting, price wasn't quoted, took a min for her to hand me my receipt after it printed, I had to ask for a bag, which she only bagged one of 2 items I purchased, and when she noticed I was still standing there she said, do you need anything else in a tone as to ask me why am I still standing there. Normally when I come to Murphy's it's to get gas or use the ATM, I came in and purchase other items when I have my kids with me and they want something. I've never experienced such lack of customer service skills from any other attendant at Murphy's so I know this is not the norm. Next time, if there is a next time, I come in and Caitlin Elizabeth (name on the receipt) is working I will walk out and go elsewhere. I do not provide terrible customer service, so I do not expect it.

The new manager, Tammy, is very condescending, rude and arrogant. I won't be treated this way by anyone!!
