Because I didn't have to wait for the pump and the clerk came out to ask how we were doing and if we had any problems. I don't remember the clerk's name though but they were very nice.

Normally when I go into this particular store I have to stand in line to pay for whatever I purchase. Today I didn't have to stand in line and I didn't have to wait in line for a gas pump either.
