I wouldn't rate any place as highly satisfied unless the employee went above and beyond. which doesn't mean the employee didn't do their job.

I clicked highly satisfied I didn't check highly dissatisfied

When you pull up to the pump, get out and pump your own fuel, there isn't much to be said for highly satisfied.

I always have to ask for a receipt!

I do not give high marks for the service expect. It would need to be something out of the ordinary to rate high marks. I was satisfied or I would have rated the survey differently.

Just wasn't impressed.

Heavy volume of traffia ,congested in parking lot

They have the best prices fore gas in town

Last three times I paid at the pumps they would not print receipts.
