I was rather shocked to see the attendant more interested in being on her cell phone rather than taking care of the customers at hand.

When I walked into the store no one was behind the counter, as I looked over the counter I said hello I need help and turned around to find the attendant and she had a coffee filter holder in her hand and was trying to get it back in the machine. She put the filter down and got behind the counter. She was nice and polite when she took my order.

waited in line along with about 7 other people while one attendant was ringing up items and the other attendant would ring someone up and then duck down behind the counter doing something unseen and then would ask for someone to come to the line and then repeat.

Just a normal visit, nothing special.
