I needed a receipt that gave me my price per gallon and how many gallons I purchased. I knew I had to prepay b/c I used cash. I confirmed with the attendant that I could get a duplicate receipt at the pump that gave me this information and she said yes. My husband pumped the gas and when he got in the car I ask for the receipt. He said it did not give him one. I got back out and their was a note taped on the pump saying the receipt printer was not working. It was too cold and I was in a hurry so I didnt walk back in to get the receipt that gave me the info I needed. I guess the attendant forgot they had put the note on the pump. I know I could have walked back in, stood in line and eventually got the receipt I needed. Since I was in a hurry, I just got a pen, wrote down on my prepay receipt the gallons and price per gallon. A little inconvenient but nothing to get bent out of shape about. One thing I love about Murphy is that you can get a duplicate receipt at the pump when you prepay at the register. Not all gas stations (Raceway) will do that. Nevertheless, I will continue to purchase at Murphy USA.... Thank you for allowing me to share. Have a blessed day...Kathy
