the store seemed a bit small it was busy so it seemed crowded

Lines both inside and out were very long, had employees back close to cigerattes talking to each other but they didn't offer to help get the customers checked out and on their way, didn't seem to bother them that the lines were backed up and that everyone was having to wait a long time.

The register of the print on the receipt is off the tape on the left hand margin.

I came in and I did not see the attendant, I called out hello then I saw her. She wasn't friendly and I asked her why did the survey always ask did the attendant greet me by name? She told me it's for customer who come in regularly.
