This location has a management problem.

I only stopped here because I was in the area. I'm not particularly fond of this Murphy's. I'm disabled n .cant stand in long lines n there's always a line here. I sent my caregiver in to get cigarettes for me n she was carded n unfortunately she didn't have hers so I went in stood in line but I didn't get carded. Same cashier too cause there was only 1 as usual.

This store is very busy at all times .. every time I go in there I wait at least 5 to 10 minutes to pay.. sometimes longer.. you have 2 cash registers and 2 cashiers but only running one at a time.. makes no sense.

The gas pump was not taking cards and there was no sign on it to let me know and I wasted my time trying to get it to work before I went inside and I was told yeah it's not working with cards sorry. I already knew that but it would have been nice to know that when I pulled up so I could go to a different pump.

Un-friendly staff. Slow people. Not very good gas.

There are not enough gas pumps for all the cars needing gas. This place is 80% of the time full of cars and you have to wait in line to get gas. The drink selection is very limited. The bathroom was nasty and needs to be repainted. The the store is so small you have to stand in line in people way who are trying to get by. The front of the store is nasty. Needs cleaned and floors need fresh wax. The front doors are also broken from where people push them inward instead of pulling them open. Jasper Alabama would benefit better from a bigger murphys location that offered more pumping stations.

This location has a cleanliness problem.

The fueling lane was filthy. There was no receipt paper in the pump. Had to go inside & wait to get a receipt. Poor management.

The fueling lanes are always dirty at this location.
