The smokeless tobacco is overpriced is the only reason. It is $18.70 per roll here. I can buy it down the road for $16.99 a roll and only pay 6% sales tax versus 9% here. The tobacco price here needs to be more competitive with other retailers.

This location is poorly managed & maintained.

Had change my fountain drink it was my good at all and the second be I got was same way

This location has gotten to be the dirtiest location I frequent. If it continues to be this dirty, I intend to stop shopping here. This used to be a well kept place to stop & fill-up. I hesitate to understand why management would allow this to occur. If it is this way the next time I stop, I will leave without making a purchase and tell my friends to cease to shop here.

I had to get out of the car again to go into the store after standing in the cold pumping gas all just to get my receipt because the pump printer was out again!!!

There was no refillable coffee cups at time of visit but we understand supply and demand. Upon trying to get coffee and cappuccino all service areas were empty except the decaf. I never drink decaf especially after a birthday party and headed to a tall game. Just very disappointed.

Waited in line outside and inside forever!

The cashier was unfamiliar with product. Did not know the difference between marlboro menthol light and ultra light and after a lengthy explanation I was still sold the wrong cigarettes. Had to go back into the store and explain again and change them out.

One cashier so waited in line then the pump didn't go on right away.
