They did not have the item that I was looking for and they weren't helpful at all about trying to help me find it in the store!

I bought a car wash at the he pump for $10.00. After not seeing a car wash after the purchase I went inside to ask where to get the car wash. I was told it was across the street the opposite direction that I was going. I asked if it was self wash and was told "I think so". After arriving I found a self service and a automatic car wash. I put my code in the and it didn't work, the message said to call for an attended. After waiting for the attendant, I was told there was a 3rd car wash, a touchless one and that was the one I purchased. There should have been a message on the pump of the location and signs at the car wash to direct me where to go once arriving to redeem my car wash.

I bought a car wash at the pump only to find out that this location does not have a car wash!!!! I have yet to find a car wash location to use the car wash that I have already paid for. This seems close to a scam to me...

I buy gas at this location 3 times per week. Time is very important I don't like having to go inside for receipt which seems to be happing a lot more as of recent.

I am not satisfied at this Murphy or any Murphy because the bank that you have selected to issue Murphy credit cards will not issue me a credit card ---- so that means I am paying more for gas! My response, just buy that much less gas at Murphy or even not buy Murphy at all. Yes, I'v head some credit problems in the past as a result of unemployment and open heart surgery - but now, I've been working for FedEx for 3+ years, have gotten a mortgage, and have credit issuers soliciting me every day! I just want a $500-$1,000 credit card exclusively for Murohy gas purchases. Please look into this!

Because I swiped my card to pay $5.08 for gas and you took $40 or $39 and I am trying to get it back.
