The key pad did not work at the pump, the bathroom was gross, and there was no toilet paper.

The credit card keypad did not work. This caused me to have to go inside to pay for my fuel purchase. I found this very frustrating.

the first pump I pulled up to read my card then went off line. Help button did not work The second pump I went to read my card but the key pad did not function. Help button not answered The third pump I went to read my card and started filling but some of the digits were not visible. I saw several people that must have had problems but they just drove off. Convenience is great. Price is attractive. Aggravation is not worth the savings. Time to up-grade that facility! Joe Stout 228 990 7845

The employees are rude. I feel like I'm bothering them when i go in there. One girl that drives the green car with the big rims is EXTREMELY rude and ignorant. I find it hard to believe that you keep people like that. You have a couple people that are really nice but the rest make me want to drive to ocean springs to avoid it.

After I quit pumping gas and removed the nozzle from the car, I noticed the meter continued to increase the usage and price...There was no gas leaking on the pavement etc., and I was so amazed, I just stood and held the pump and watched the malfunction...The sign on the pump stated it was the responsibility of the station to make sure the pump functioned correctly, not the state regulatory agency...I saw no benefit to go inside and inform the attendant on duty, as previously when I have had to walk inside to get a receipt, never have I encountered a cashier that indicated they were concerned that the pump was not printing receipts....I know the pump is monitored by the state regulatory agency, and it indicated it was checked in Sept. 2016...If that pump increases the cost on a recurring basis, as in my case it increased the quantity , which increased my cost 10 cents. I was startled as I stood and watched the pump increase the quantity and my cost....so if it does that each time and the customer isnt aware of it, then Murphy Oil co. is negligent in not correcting that, and the cost to the customer increases Murphys revenue unfairly and illegally.....Pump 14 .

I have been visiting this Murphys store (8532) on a regular basis. I usually by Gas and refill my Murphys cup for 0.52 cent, because it is a much better deal than buying bottle drinks. Usually there is wonderful service and product availability. However for the last 2 consecutive days (8/31 & 9/1), the fountain drinks have been out of the following non-carbonated drinks: 1.Fruit punch Gatorade 2.Lemon lime Gatorade 3.Powerade 4. All non-carbonated drinks I would have been satisfied with any of the items listed for my refill. On 8/31/16 there was a note stating that the right fountain area was out of order, but the left side had about 3 drinks out as well... On 9/1/16 there wasn't a note stating any of the drinks were out or out of order, but still no Gatorade or Powerade, so I mentioned it to the cashier during checkout as I was purchasing bottle Gatorades, but she did not respond.

The cashier is ALWAYS rude. I've never seen this woman be friendly to anyone. I've asked her many times not to be so forceful with the way she handles my items. I'm afraid she will break or shake up everything with the way she handles things. I really make a point to not go in the store if i see her or at the very least have another cashier check me out if available.

Every time I stopthere, I always have to go inside to get a receipt....It rejected my credit card initially tonight...When I went inside to ask for a receipt, the attendant on duty was eating, and he totally ignored me as he ate....I had to ask him to get me a receipt...I will never stop at this station again.....pump never prints me a receipt and it seems no employee is concerned....disgusting...

THIS WAS THE 3RD TIME I'VE STOPPED IN TO PURCHASE GAS. NONE OF THE CREDIT CARD READERS WERE WORKING. I PULLED UP TO 3 DIFFERENT ONES. STATED THAT THE KEY PAD DIDN'T WORK. IT WAS POURING DOWN RAIN THE DAY I STOPPED IN. I DID NOT WANT TO GO INSIDE BUT HAD NO CHOICE UNLESS I WENT TO ANOTHER GAS STATION. THEN TO GET INSIDE AND HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE CUSTOMER AHEAD OF ME TO FINISH HIS STORIES THAT HE WAS TELLING THE ATTENDANT. THE ATTENDANT FINISHED LISTENING TO HIM AND DID NOT EVEN ASK IF I NEEDED HELP TO TRY AND GE THE GUY TO GO ON. I UNDERSTAND ABOUT NOT BEING RUDE BUT THERE IS A TACTFUL WAY TO DO THAT. NEXT TIME I WILL GO TO ANOTHER STATION. MAYBE THE COMPANY NEEDS TO THINK ABOUT GETTING THE GAS PUMPS FIXED....

I purchased $10.01 worth of gas but my bank account shows you put a hold for $75.00!!!!! When I spoke to the assistant manager on duty he blamed it on my bank saying they did it. MY BANK HAS NEVER HELD MORE THAN THE AMOUNT OF PURCHASE!!!
