I was satisfied!

This is the second time that the pump has not operated correctly at this location. It has be held at a certain angle to get it to give gas. This is very annoying as it very slow.

They pump kept shutting off. Tried to set the nozzle to continue pumping, but would click off like the tank was full. Even when I squeezed the handle myself, it would not continue to pump. Gave up at $11 and left.

The price of gas is higher than it should be in this area and Murphy Express should be a leader in giving customers the best price. An incentive like a special cash price would help draw satisfied customers.

the pump I first pulled up to was out of service/ no sign letting me know, also the security tag was off pump.

I usually stop each morning on my way to work for coffee or gas. The last week or so there has only been one cashier. I have been told that staffing has been cut. I don't have time to wait in line in the mornings. There is a Sasey's closer to my house on the side of the road in the direction I am traveling. I guess I will start going there so I don't have to wait in line to pay for my coffee.

Pump #17 was not operating properly, it would not allow me to enter my debit card pin number. I had to move to pump #7.

Bought a breakfast burrito, it was soggy and NASTY!!!!

I used my bank card for purchased. when asked to enter pin #, I started entering pin & made an error. I only put 2 #'s in (1 not right), & told the cashier, then she hit button on register, & my purchase was made. It should not have accepted my card without 4 #'s. If I lost my card, anyone finding it could use it if required pin# is not needed. I won't be going to another Murphy station.

The only problem is getting out as far as I can tell. I have been using Murphy USA at this location since it opened. I have never had any problems with your fuel. I do like a soda now and then, will go in next time and check the store out.
