The attendant is very personable and attentive. I wasn't feeling well and she offered to help me and get me something to relieve my symptoms.

I only got gas and to me it's like getting gas anywhere else. The cashier Charlene always makes my visit a plus. She is always friendly and kind all the time.

My cashier, Charlene, walked over to where I was getting coffee to see if I needed assistance. She suggested I purchase the refillable travel mug, pointing out the fact that I could get refills at a reduced price in the future. I got one for myself and my husband as well. My co-worker and I were headed out of town for an education conference, so she purchased one as well. As property managers, providing excellent service is a huge part of our business, and I must say Charlene hit all the marks. She greeted us, introduced us to a product we would not have otherwise purchased and insured our continued business with Murphy Express. Great job Charlene!!

There is no reason I wasn't Highly Satisfied beyond it was a short fuel only visit. Nothing spectacular happened but not upsetting happened. It was a basic normal experience.

Some of the people can be more customers friendly.
