the workers just let the customers run the gas station ! There was two registers open so I got in line and when my turn was up a rude fellow customer made a scene about how it was not my turn at all even though I was in the correct line and she was in the other , and I was cut in line by this customer and the cashier did not say a word or say that she was in the other line for the other cashier so that mean she had to wait her turn like I did mine and I could not complain to my cashier because the rude customer was her friend, as I found out while they talked. I have never been so dissatisfied with my experience at Murphy's , I love to come there but now I don't know if I want to come back knowing that the workers do not take control of the store .

While ringing up my items the cashier answered her phone. Didn't tell me have a nice day. Just handed me my change.

Well , she asked for my i.d. and I politely told her I used to work there and she got smart with me and told me "Well there's new people here so I don't think they do" not to mention the girl didn't have her name tag on . Nor did she ask me if I wanted anything that was on promotion for this month. And everytime that she works if she continues to be rude to me I'm going to report it until she is fired!!!!!

The lady at the check-out (Darrlynn) was rude as can be. I bought me a pack of Marlboro Smooths and just turning 18 she never i.d'ed me. When I said have a great day she very rudely rolled her eyes and had an awful attitude with me. Also when I asked for a receipt to be able to do the survey she rolled her eyes again and as I asked where her name was on the receipt she began to say "Goodluck finding it". I was very unhappy with my visit and will most likely not return back to this location.

During my visit, I drove to the speaker area where I normally order my cigarettes. The attendant did not acknowledge me at all. After sitting for a short while, I drove around the building to see what was the issue. The attendant looked like she was with someone at the window. I drove back to the speaker and waited again. After getting tired of waiting, I drove up behind the car at the window with my window down and heard laughter and "he drove around the building again. Lemme get out of your drive through before you get in trouble." I do not find my lack of service amusing or the fact that she devoted more time to her friends than her job. If Whitney worked for me (I manage in retail), she would be promptly written up and lucky to keep her job. While I doubt this survey will get the attention it deserves, I will be very hesitant to visit your location again if this is the experience that I should expect.
