Too many bums and panhandlers. Always asking for money.

There were too many bums asking for money. The place is filthy,smells and I doubt if I will be go there again.

Diesel pump card reader failed to read my card and kicked out this receipt. I tried twice more and finally got the card reader to work and I got fuel.

They are always out of the brands of cigarettes I smoke. You'd think they would keep enough stock on hand but they don't.

Diesel pump dispenser was bent and leaking. Had to try twice to get fuel. Big hassle and got fuel on hands.

Used credit card. Didn't work at pump went in to see clerk was given credit then had to scan card again didn't work at pump again went in again to see clerk was given credit again!!!! Felt weary about that so I may not visit that place again!

as i said, the satillite connection was down. This seems to be a problem only during inclemment weather. Plus, I used the tellmurphyusa.com website and it took me somewhere else. try looking at this website and correct the problem.

I prepaid $30 in gas on my debit card. I pumped $26.32. I went inside to ask if I would be refunded the difference to the same employee who I originally paid to and he said “I show you pumped $30”. I explained I prepaid $30 but pumped $26.32 and should be refunded the difference or asked if it would go back on my debit card. He kept saying I pumped $30 and I did not. I want a refund or clarification this is not right.

Girl was very rude. Acted like she was too good to wait on customers and would rather be somewhere else than working. When I pointed out she made a mistake, she tried to ignore my request and charge me full price regardless. I told her to ask her co worker. He made a lame excuse for her saying it was because they were Mexican. I know plenty of Mexicans who work hard to do a good job and she definitely was not one of them. Lazy and rude. You need to re-evaluate the people you hire.
