The two women that were standing behind the cash registers just seem like they didn't want to be there if it's your job to make sure your customer is happy you should always greet them and Say thank you for your service with us I did not get that from my cashier but I do love coming to Murphy's for frozen drinks and snacks and of course the low price gas. Maybe she just had a off day I can see myself coming back again but I just need a little bit more friendliness from the associates.

Did not have brands of cigarettes available. No Liggett 100's red. No carton of L&M red 100's. I was under the impression that these popular brands were always in stock. Very disappointed in your lack of promised inventory.

There were several attendants in the store and only one person manning the registers. In my opinion, one of them should have stopped what they were doing and help take care of the other patrons. Usually both registers are being manned and at the hour of day I was there is during peak time.

The store was not especially tidy. The women's restroom was not fully stocked and had a terrible odor. Wanted to purchase transmission fluid of which was not sold in the store.

Previously noted, the pump LCD readout was defective, could just barely make out the information on it (do you want receipt, other instructions for operating pump, etc).

I drive 20 miles to get fuel and skoal, the fuel is always available but not my skoal. Then I leave and find fuel 1/2 mile away, .5 a gallon cheaper.

I'm satisfied but to be highly satisfied the customer should know how to save on fuel beforehand not after.
