All good except that the receipt printer at the pump did not print my receipt; had to walk inside, wait in line, etc for this.

The changing shift procedure needs to be looked at. There were two lines, each at least 3 customers deep waiting on cashiers (plural) to count their registers to start their shift. One of the lanes eventually had the majority of their waiting customers walk out. In a high volume store, in that proximity to a major interstate exit, I would expect a smoother transition from one shift to another. I would like to note that the cashier was friendly when he did finally start checking out customers, even when some individuals in the store voiced their frustration at the long wait. I also noted the prices for beverages at this location are higher (20% or more – I did the math) than similar stores in the area. On subsequent trips through the area, I cannot justify stopping for a more expensive product and waiting at an empty register.
