Some of the pumps don't work the best. Some cut off if you hold the lever too far down or the springs on the handles are stretched out and the handle will fall out if you're not there holding it.

I typically don't select the highest mark. Plus, I don't necessarily remember the visit to the extent I am comfortable putting the highest mark.

Gas purchase was fine but tried to buy coffee and it was out.

Too cold to pay attention. Prices are going back up.

The woman in front of me was buying a plethora of lottery tickets. The process simply took a long time as that transaction always does. It had nothing to do with the quality of work the attendant produced.

I thought the gas price would be the least expensive in my area however on my way home I passed two stores that were less expensive. One by one cent and the other by two cents. I was disappointed to say the least. Murphy's has always been the least expensive in my area and I was surprised to discover this is no longer true.

Attendants were ready to help, did not have to wait on service.

The continued perception about the lack of credit card security at the pump. Frequently the security tape is either missing or has been manipulated. From time to time the actual "face" or "door panel" that swings open has been tampered with. (By "Face" or "Door Panel" I am referring to the keyed access point the employees use to replace paper for the printed receipt.). This is a common occurrence. To date I do not believe I have experienced credit cared fraud associated with this site.
