Traveling through area, the restrooms were not clean and un kept like no one had checked them in some time. Floor needed to be swept and toilets and sinks cleaned.

It has been raining allot here and when it rains the sewer seems to back up and make the store smell to where it is unbearable. Corporate needs to fix this problem cause noone wants to stay in there and shop cause of the smell. And i feel bad for the workers in there.

The pricing on the beer was wrong and when told to the attendant she didn’t correct the price even after I told her the prices was wrong and she checked it she didn’t give it for that right price

The attendant was rude and allowed a person she knew to cut the extremely long line in front of other customers. An attendant on a second register appeared to be in training during the busiest time of the day. The attendant appeared to have little regard for the increasing line as she was moving at a leisurely pace.

My brand of cigarettes, as well as that of my daughter's, are consistently out of stock. The attendant just shrugs her shoulders abd explains that everyone has been buying them up. Logic would dictate supply and demand, but when I asked if our brands could be ordered, the response was that the store has to accept whatever the truck brings. I'm from Maryland, and we do things MUCH differently up there. With money being tight in this economy, you would think a business would want to retain its customers and do whatever it could to make their customers happy. If that means requesting more Pall Mall Menthol Black 100s & Camel Menthols, then you pick up the phone and do just that! You certainly don't shrug!

Looking for the new Skittles
