Every single employee I have interacted with has been very friendly and helpful. Even when they are really busy, I have never felt rushed, they always take the time to make your visit personal, not like you are just another nameless customer. The only issue I have ever had, is the too small parking lot, there is not enough space between the pumps and the parking spaces, and if there were another entrance\exit, getting in and out would be so much easier.
