Murphy Express established great customer service, and I felt welcomed walking into the facility. The cashier was very nice and friendly. The gas I bought, was not a hassle to get to. This service was very astonishing in their efficiency.

The pumps are friendly use. Most try to be complicated and go thru too many steps. They are fast and friendly. Sometimes you have to wait for a pump, but this time I did not.

I love coming in to the store. Everyone is very nice and they always know me by name. They even made nicknames for me. Which I love. Every time I go in there we always have a good laugh because, we are always picking around.

I've never had a problem there. The staff is always friendly. They are the only gas station in my area that have the wine I like and already chilled. It always smells good and very brightly lighted in the parking lot. They have many various slushy flavor option that my kids like.

I get gas and cigarettes here very week. There are always plenty of pumps the location is well kept and the 3 pack cigarette prices are good. The attendants are pleasant and the store is clean. I mistakenly answered dissatisfaction on one panel of questions because I just chose the response to the far right thinking it was the highly satisfied column but there was no option to go back.
