There is one particular attendant that asks me for my I.D to buy cigarettes every time. Being an almost everyday regular customer with a spinal disability that can barely walk at times. I'm 41 years old, almost bald. I know for a fact she knows who I am as long as she's been there and me shopping there. A few times is ok. I don't mind unless I'm hurting really bad.

Fuel discount perks used to be almost Always available when you purchased 2-3+ items that had fuel discount offers & for last 1-2 months there have only been 1 fuel discount perk offer available w/ purchase. This store is <1 minute from my work & for the Benefits of convenience, cost of products & savings, & cleanliness of store I used to shop here 4-6 times a week. I've always bought 4-8 20oz Dt. Pepsi & Dt. Sunkist when I stop here b/c of fuel perks & especially b/c they have Always been 2 for $2.50 until last 2 times I've been here drinks were 2 for $3.00. I've always done the customer service surveys when I shop here & encouraged family & friends to shop here until last 1-2 months I don't shop here nearly as frequently & definitely don't encourage others to shop here now due to higher cost for both fuel & items in store & RARELY any fuel discount perk offers available!!!

Pushed every button at the pump for a printed receipt. Pushed the help button and asked for a receipt. Attendant said "You have to come in to get it" Moved my vehicle to parking space. Using my cane ( I am disabled from an auto accident at 80 years old) I went into the store. Three people were in line ahead of me, with only one attendant. Other register was closed. I asked attendant, why the receipt did not print from the pump. She replies "It's probably broke" No "sorry" , No other explanation, just handed me my receipt after verifying the amount by the "question" - $31.12" ? I said "thank you" and left. No other reply from attendant.

I usually buy my gas from Entec because they offer free air.

The restroom was not clean and the pump always ask if you want a receipt, which I do, but very seldom prints a receipt for you. Been doing this for months.

The cashier was not in the building when I got there, and didnt return till i had been in line for a few minutes.

The message on the pump said "Buy 3 monster drinks and get 10 cents off a gallon. All monster Products!!, The manager said it was only energy for me to look at the picture on the sign. I pointed out that is false advertising, even the sign said all products. The manager offered to adjust the price of my drinks but I would still not receive a roll back code. My only issue is do not advertise if you don't mean it.

I'm handicapped and walking all the way to the cashier to get a receipt is not a good experience. Someone needs to get the staff to do their job!

No paper towels for windshield on entire gas island No receipt paper at pump. Had to go inside for receipt
