There was still a fuel discount sticker on the front of the Dr peppers but the attendant refused to give it to me and said there was nothing she could do. She was pretty ride and unconcerned but she rushed on back there after I got some chips that did have the discount and paid at another register. This really poised off that the sign said the discount applied to the product but didn't give it to me. I am a pretty loyal customer and that experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

In my last 14 visits to this station I have had to go inside to get a receipt 9 of those times instead of having it print at the pump. I have allowed my satisfaction to be known to the clerk the last four times, but nothing seems to be resolved. A receipt at the pump is important to me and one of the reasons I have used this station for the past several years. I cannot say I will not return to this station or Murphy, but I will look for other stations before coming here.

Was here yesterday and they were out of diet pepsi fountain. Came back today and it was still out. Told cashier and she just said she was sorry. No mention if maybe the product was not available or if someone had just not changed it yet. I have also come to this location and no cups were available. Most recent was last week.

I would not normally complain, but I pay at the pump particularly for the convenience and to get a receipt from the pump. However - and I have kept good count - the last nine of 12 times I have fueled at this location no receipt was printed and I had to go inside the store. I have mentioned this several times. I like the location, the ability to get in and out and the overall layout, but I told myself if I encounter the same problem again I will find another station to fuel my vehicle.

The cashier was on her cell phone and didn't act very friendly. The bathroom was nasty and trash needed to be picked up.

Every-time I visit this location and pay at the pump I have to go inside and get a receipt!! What is the purpose of paying at the the pump when you have to go inside for a receipt!!!:-(

I have had the worst experience with getting a receipt from the pump, if I wanted to go inside and stand in line I would not have used pay at pump. This has happened too many times, the attendant states there is paper in the pump but it just is not printing. I like the station in general but you need to address this now!!!! It has happened too many times.

The pumps at this station often fail to print the receipt. The whole purpose of paying at the pump is so you don't have to go inside to get your receipt and often have to wait in a line just for the receipt. You need to fix this problem as it has been going on for a long time.
